Our Business Development Manager position is a new & autonomous role with responsibility for creating, developing and implementing our business development strategy to identify and win new clients and raise our profile to ensure that Innovative Trials is the number one company for patient recruitment and retention services.
Innovative Trials has experienced phenomenal organic growth over the past 10 years and is now looking to introduce a Business Development Manager to increase our growth even further.
The role will involve the generation of new leads, participation in literature for prospective clients, and ensuring client requirements are accurately communicated for the purposes of proposals. You’ll manage prospective clients and could travel up to 100% of your time to visit clients and attend conferences to be an ambassador for Innovative Trials. Alongside these activities you’ll regularly review and benchmark competitors services to ensure we remain ahead.
You will have the autonomy to manage your diary to maximise growth opportunities whilst maintaining regular contact with Head Office.
To be the Business Development Manager at Innovative Trials you’ll have formal qualifications, i.e. a degree in Biological Science or a nursing qualification as well as a passion and extensive experience in clinical research and patient recruitment. You’ll be commercially driven with an analytical mind and a desire to probe further into data and metrics. You’ll have demonstrative experience in developing business development strategies and driving growth strategies and the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
With a confident and professional demeanor alongside excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills you will be expected to represent Innovative Trials at meetings, events and seminars.
