Senior Clinical Project Manager - Oncology & Rare Diseases
Fully Home Based, or Office Based in London

A leading mid-sized CRO with an exceptional reputation for quality throughout the industry which is enjoying record results and phenomenal growth is presently looking to hire a number of Clinical Project Managers to support their ongoing expansion by leading global clinical trials within oncology and rare diseases - areas where the company has enjoyed huge success.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Working cross-functionally to lead Phase I-III studies within oncology and rare/orphan diseases, ensuring delivery in line with budget, timelines and milestones.
- Create and update project plans and timelines.
- Manage the work within the Project Team and ensure each member performs their task during the study process according to agreed timelines and project requirements.
- Participate in and contribute to bid proposals and bid defences.
- Provide regular status reports to and oversight of all relevant functions (i.e. clinical, regulatory, Data Management).
- Prepare project management reports for clients and internal personnel/management.
- Main point of contact for the sponsor regarding all project related enquiries.

In order to apply for this position you must have the following:

- At least 2 years' experience of managing Phase I-III clinical trials (with Phase II-III experience mandatory) within a Pharmaceutical company, Biotech or CRO.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a life science or equivalent healthcare/scientific qualification.
- Demonstrable ability to lead large international studies and understand complex study designs.
- Will also ideally have had exposure to bid defence and proposal development (though candidates without this experience will also be considered).
