FREELANCE: Process Excellence Lead
Freelance Contract | 6 months+ | Switzerland | #9197
James Carrera at Umbilical Life is sourcing an experienced Freelance Process Excellence Lead to support HR transformation with process transition and improvement activities.
Qualifications:
Educated to degree level you will have at least 2 years relevant HR work experience, as well as;
•3 years recent process improvement, process optimisation experience
•Demonstrated past project and multiple cycles of process improvement
•Six sigma qualified or equivalent lean certification
•Excellent project management skills
•Strong analytical skills and a comprehensive knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma frameworks
