Clinical Project Assistant

Office Based – Maidenhead

At Syneos Health we are currently looking for a Clinical Project Assistant (Clin Ops Specialist) to be sponsor dedicated and work within their offices in Maidenhead.

Job Details

Your role as a CPA would include the following responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative and clinical management support to assist with the in house organization, management and execution of projects
  • Creates the local trial file for filing country specific original documentation
  • Supports CRAs wit EC and CA submissions
  • Assists with the translations of study documents
  • Supports with the handling of essential documents
  • Providing support across multiple areas of the clinical trial process

Eligibility/Qualifications/Requirements

The ideal candidate will need the following experience / skills to be considered:

- Bachelor’s level degree in life sciences, pharmacy or nursing preferred

- Experience within the Pharmaceutical/CRO industry

- Basic knowledge of clinical trial operations, ICH GCP Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements

- Experience working in a team across multiple functional areas (e.g., Quality Assurance, Data Management, Medical Affairs, Finance)

- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task with high level of independence

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook)

- Experience with Project Management software (MS Project) desirable, but not required
