Position Reports to: Regional Business Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Clinical Support Manager is to create sales demand, to identify and develop business opportunities in a defined region in order to support the achievement of the regional wound management sales target.

The Clinical Support Manager will adopt a scientific and purposeful approach to account/project management within the region, maximising the functionality and benefit of all available Mölnlycke Heath Care systems.

Add value to the sales cycle at evaluation, implementation or after sales support for any customer within the sales region as well as coordinating and ensuring high quality completion of all regional clinical projects for any customer group.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide clinical support and education to Account Managers within focus areas as defined by Regional Business Manager.
  • Educate existing customers on relevant therapy areas to ensure that all Mölnlycke Heath Care products are used effectively in the clinical environment reinforcing the value of the assortment
  • Deliver clinical education to internal stakeholders within the region to ensure all marketing campaigns can be effectively implemented
  • Keep and develop existing customers by constantly meeting their demands and increasing their loyalty in order to maximize sales in the sales region.
  • Develop clinical relationships with key stakeholders within Primary Care and Acute care, including but not limited to TVNs, District Nurses, Practice nurses Procurement and Medicines Management.
  • Continuously update of customer data and plan/report activities in the CRM system.
  • Deliver agreed activity rates to ensure coverage and frequency of target customers and to drive sales of MHC portfolio.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previously/currently Registered General Nurse
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Experience within a Clinical sales environment advantageous
  • Teaching and Training experience would be advantageous
