i-Pharm Consulting are seeking on behalf of a specialist CRO providing the European Medical Device industry a FREELANCE Senior CRA to start immediately. Home-based contract ideal for looking for part time work (0.5FTE / 2-3 days per week). Seeking an experience contractor to support across a number of high-risk Cardiovascular and Orthopaedics Medical Devices. This is suitable for candidates available within 1 month.

*** Successful candidates MUST have minimum 5 years monitoring experience, have recent experience working in high risk Cardiovascular or Orthopaedics device studies and be able to start within 1 month! ***

THE ROLE:

• Site activation and monitoring of high risk cardiovascular, pathology or Orthopaedics (Knee) device studies
• Perform site inspections independently
• Monitor patient safety on-site
• Monitor and maintain GCP and ISO 14155 compliance
• Perform close out visits
• Assures compliance with local regulations
• Working closely with the sponsor to deliver within timelines and budget

LOCATION:

• Home-based - UK (Greater London, Midlands or West England)

RATE:

• Competitive hourly rate

DURATION:

• 12 month rolling contract
• 5 FTE / 2-3 days per week

REQUIRED:

• Minimum 5 years monitoring experience
• Experienced Freelancer
• Prior CRO experience
• Strong experience monitoring high risk cardiovascular, pathology orthopaedics (knee) device trials
• Up to date GCP and ISO 14155 training
• UK Drivers' licence
• Ability to travel regionally across the UK and Ireland
