Duration: 12 months
Client: Pharma
Location: Meppel/Leiden
Our client uses a cloud based solution to register all their serialized products with the required master data and production data.
The Serialization Data Manager will be responsible to ensure that proper data management is applied in the governance processes and data life cycle maintenance processes and be a pivotal point for conceptual developments and implementation of future Serialization requirements.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in a data management and or project management role, preferably within supply chain & manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry
- 3-5 years of experience in coaching or managing staff
- Demonstrated Project Management competencies
- Hands-on SAP experience gained in the Supply Chain and Master Data domain
- BSc or MSc education
- Competent in people management (leadership, ‘open door’ attitude, ‘clear, fair & honest’ solving people problems)
- Adequate diplomatic skills and sense for corporate politics to support department head
- Act as subject matter expert in the Serialization area
