Clinical research associate

Freelance Clinical Research Associate – (12 months) – Belgium 

I have been tasked with an URGENT requirement for a freelance clinical research associate on a contract basis, in Belgium. My client is an international Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) who has an extensive history of working with the top Biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies in the world. Due to this project, this is an exciting time for the company due to a vast influx in projects across Europe. This is a great opportunity for an individual who enjoys travel, with sites located in the Benelux area.

The focus is an innovative global Leukaemia study, requiring the CRA that is joining the team, to have experience within Haematology Oncology clinical trials. In its nature, this project has fascinating new protocols and practices that require the individual to learn fast.

Responsibilities;

• Flexible with site travel
• Liaising with doctors, PI’s and Consultants
• Verify adherence to study protocol and good practice
• Ensure standards are maintained in accordance with ICH-GCP requirements
• Work remotely from home
• 0.6 - 0.8 FTE

Experience/Qualifications;

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a freelance CRA
• Minimum of 4 years’ working with a Pharmaceutical, biotech or CRO company
• Experience within Oncology trials.
• Up to date with standard e-technology systems used in clinical trials
