Job Details

I am currently recruiting for a Production Support - Documentation Executive to join the team of a global pharmaceutical company! This is a fixed term contract position.

You will be working within cross-functional teams with a high-level of autonomy; playing a key role in reducing the delivery lead-time and fostering a right-first time culture within the production business units.

The primary tasks of the role include:

  • Reviewing batch documentation prior to QC review
  • Archive batch documentation
  • Identify, investigate and document potential deviations
  • Be familiar with documentation and quality systems and processes.
  • Contribute actively to inter departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance to GDocP and GMP standards.
  • Foster a right first time (RFT) approach.
  • Focus on meeting performance metrics (e.g. Documentation Review Lead-time, % RFT documentation, On-time closure of actions, etc.)
  • Identify and implement improvements in the work area to meet department KPIs. Implement best practice systems for improving performance.
  • Display a high level of flexibility in their work by taking on tasks to support the overall department performance (e.g. deviation investigations, documentation updates, audit preparation).

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • NFQ Level 6 qualification or higher. Ideally within science, engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fully competent using the Microsoft office package.
  • Experience using quality and documentation systems are necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A “can do” attitude and genuine enthusiasm for driving improvements
