Title: Client Services Manager- Medical Communications, Novartis, Dublin, Ireland

Your responsibilities:
The role provides project support to the Client Services Lead (CSL) and Sr. Client Services Manager (Sr. CSM) for an assigned brand/therapy area across the delivery lifecycle with agreed specific project responsibilities. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Point of contact (POC) for the assigned client groups
• Develops and maintains good client relationships within assigned brand
• Manages client expectations to foster effectiveness/productivity
• Attends client meetings/ teleconferences, provides meeting reports and conducts follow up activities
• Support the CSL and Sr. CSM with the development of a scope of work Project Management
• Responsible for project management support including budget tracking to the Sr CSM, so as to ensure the end-to-end effective project delivery of the designated deliverables
• Provides support across the delivery lifecycle with agreed specific project
• Tracks and manages project to ensure activities are in line with scope; promptly advises Sr. CSM to revise scopes as needed

About the Novartis Global Service Centre in Dublin:

The Novartis Global Service Center (NGSC), Dublin, was set up in 2013 and is located in a state-of-the-art facility on the Merrion Road in Ballsbridge. The center, one of five around the world, delivers a broad variety of services to the Novartis divisions and organizations worldwide. Services offered by the Dublin team include scientific and commercial services, IT, HR Operations and Procurement. There are currently several hundred associates employed at the site with 32 nationalities speaking 28 languages.

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:
• University degree level / Graduate degree, preferably in science.
• Fluent English (oral and written)
• 2 years of experience in project management
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to work towards deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management skills

Desirable requirements:
• Additional relevant postgraduate degree
• Medical Communications and/or Pharma experience
• Event management or experience in coordination of events would be beneficial but not essential
