TalentSource Life Sciences, the division of CROMSOURCE dedicated to flexible staffing solutions, is currently recruiting for a Quality Engineer to strengthen the team of one of our TOP Pharmaceutical client Companies in Norderstedt, Germany.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support for risk management activities and effective product and process risk mitigation measures
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary and international project teams, as well as supporting design change projects
• Implementation of development projects in close cooperation with adjacent areas
• Developing quality strategies for product development in collaboration with cross-functional project teams
• Planning and implementation of quality checks
• Ensuring corrective and preventative measures regarding quality requirements
• Use of quality management tools to improve products and processes
• Development and validation of appropriate test methods related to product and process requirements
• Independent addressing of topics to improve processes

Education and Experience

• University degree in Medical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Process Engineering or comparable degree
• First experience in quality management of a medical technology company
• Knowledge of relevant QM systems and regulatory requirements
• Experience in product development of implants desirable
• Experience in the application of quality tools, such as FMEA, 8D report
• Good statistics
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Safe appearance and assertiveness
• High commitment and proactive behavior
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
