Site CRA

At this moment we are looking for a Site Clinical Research Associate to join Syneos Health. We believe we have a great offer within our department of Functional Service Providing. You will be employed by Syneos Health, while working fully dedicated to one of our clients, a pharmaceutical company, based in Wavre. You can work from home and from the office and there is full flexibility in terms of working hours. Working in the evening or early morning? It is as you like. There are lots of great facilities to benefit from; sport facilities, dance classes, hot meals and last, but not least; free massages!

This CRA role is a broad and senior position; the submissions are being done in the Start Up Team, but immediately after this the trials move to the CRA team. In the CRA role, you are e.g. also responsible for site selection. The CRA’s are not assigned to one study, but to a number of sites, which means that you can build excellent relations with your PI’s. The data monitoring is limited, in this role it is all about contacts with the hospitals, helping them with procedures, etc. In this position there will be quite some hard work, but in an excellent environment with a great team spirit. Generally speaking CRA’s tend to stay with this company for a long period of time.

We are looking for a CRA with a relevant degree, monitoring experience and strong English, French and Dutch skills. But most of all, we are looking for a sparkling person, who is enthusiastic about this job!
