Medical Affairs Study Coordinator - EMEA

Our International pharmaceutical client is looking for a Medical Affairs Study Co-ordinator, to support with management and tracking of all EMEA Medical Affairs studies and to manage and provide logistical support for the clinical trial supply for the EMEA Medical Affairs studies.


Main duties and responsibilities:
* Maintenance of a tracker for EMEA Medical Affairs studies.
* Maintenance of central filing repository of all legal and essential study documentation.
* Create and maintain the master budgeting schedules for all EMEA Medical Affairs studies.
* Management and coordination of EMEA Medical Affairs clinical trial supply including forecasting, ordering, allocation, processing, distribution, tracking and liaison with EMEA affiliates and Clinical Trials Supplies (CTS) Department.
* Organise and attend relevant study meetings (for example, with CTS Department) and engage with all relevant stakeholders.
* Ensure timely updates of relevant internal and external databases.


Skills & Experience required:
* Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
* Experience in administrative management of clinical trials.
* Good computer/office skills, computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), including business letter writing, administrative systems and processes.
* Understanding in processing expenses (training will be provided)
* Good communication skills and proven ability to work across functional teams
* Strong commercial acumen with a high level of motivation towards achieving team and personal objectives essential
* Management of medical databases desirable.
* Experience of EPIC/EMMI/eRooms collaboration tools (training will be provided)
* Pharmaceutical industry experience would be an advantage
* Experience working in a product related or medical environment - advantageous
* Good attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
* Possess a strong sense of responsibility and meeting strict deadlines
* Able to form strong cross-functional relationships
* Proactive, practical, flexible, organised and efficient
* Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
