ROLE/DESCRIPTION

This is an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a leading Global organisation working with a high-end Cardiac Surgery portfolio. The successful candidate will convert marketing plans into concrete actions and work closely with the sales team, marketing team and Regional Vice President to create and implement tactical strategies to market portfolio products and increase sales through the growth of business.

As a Marketing Manager you will also be required to create and manage training programs, be in regular communication with other key functional areas within the company, develop and execute strategies to increase the awareness and acceptance with all stakeholders and continually monitor competitive strategies.

The ideal Marketing Manager will have 5+ years of previous experience in marketing, product marketing or medical device sales and knowledge of private and public hospital sectors.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ Years Experience in marketing, product marketing or medical device sales
  • Experience within Cardiac Surgery would be highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team oriented and ability to motivate and work well with diverse cultures and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Proven ability to maintain and develop professional relationships
  • Proven track record of demonstrating knowledge and understanding of compliance topics
  • Preferably a Science graduate
