Currently, I am partnered with an exclusive, market-leading, global communication agency looking to expand their medical writing department with strategically minded and creative individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure that quality control is paramount within all materials produced across the business:
• Lead established long term life science client accounts from an editorial and scientific perspective
• Act as Scientific advisor to both the clients and to the internal life science team
• Assist in the development of strategy for multiple editorial programmes and projects
• Participate in new business development activities including generating new clients and pitches/sales and strategy meetings
• Produce scientific communication materials including journal manuscripts, slide kits, abstracts, posters, monographs, training materials, patient booklets, website content and conference/meeting materials that meet client requirements
• Attend conferences / advisory board meetings with client account team and develop first draft of report for review

Requirements

• Life Science degree – BSc. and above
• 3+ years medical writing experience
• Experience managing and operating client accounts
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience within an agency environment preferential
