Job Details

Covance clinical pharmacology are looking for an experienced CRAII or SCRA in the North of the UK.

Ideal location would be in the Leeds or Manchester area.

This role would suit someone who can travel easily to our Leeds based Clinical Research Unit.

The CRA position offers the successful candidate some real benefits in terms of scope of role.

Small clinical operations team

Phase I projects from healthy volunteers to first in patient

Closely aligned with Leeds Clinical Research Unit therefore more regionally focused monitoring.

Sponsor alignment

Opportunity for mentorship with more junior team

Requirements:-

  • UK accredited Life Sciences degree or nursing qualification is essential
  • Previous experience of monitoring early phase sites for commercial studies would be ideal
  • Significant work experience within the CRA job function
  • Understanding of the principles of ICH GCP and regulatory requirements
  • Good oral and written communication, organizational skills and personal presentation
  • The ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Experience working within a team environment under time and resource pressures
  • Proven experience in clinical trials with knowledge of SOPs, regulatory reporting requirements and accepted practices
  • Confident dealing with external and internal clients
