Experienced Clinical Research Associate – Leading Pharma Company – Complex Studies

In support of my client; a leading global CRO I an looking for an experienced CRA (CRA II or Senior CRA) to join a prestigious pharmaceutical company in this single sponsor role.

In this exciting role, you will monitor complex studies for this global Pharmaceutical giant, allowing you to specialise in one of the most dynamic and active areas of research currently taking place. The UK monitoring team are all extremely talented, and offer an environment where you can work within a close-knit group where you will be supported in your career development. As well as the friendly and positive working environment, my client can offer a highly competitive salary and car allowance, making this a fantastic role for a driven CRA.

The Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for:

• Full clinical trial lifecycle, from start-up to close-out
• Site relationship management and development
• Adherence to ICH-GCP and all relevant guidelines
• Ensuring adherence to project schedule and taking appropriate action to ensure targets are met
• Co-monitoring and training of more junior members of staff

The role will require:

• Significant independent monitoring experience in a CRO or Pharma environment
• Life Science degree or healthcare equivalent
• Previous experience monitoring Oncology or complex studies
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving license and ability to travel
