Negative Pressure Clinical Trainer - North West England

Our client is a highly regarded Healthcare company that specialise in the Wound care/Negative Pressure marketplace. They have developed a niche within the therapy area and have exciting growth plans for the next few years.

As the company move into the next phase of their growth strategy, the company are now looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Negative Pressure Clinical Trainer to work covering portfolio across the territory.

In this role, you will have focused in theatre / recovery for around 60 % of the time, and also work on post-surgery education on surgical & general wards across the territory, as well as spotting opportunities to position the company portfolio in a favourable light whenever possible.

The portfolio which includes some highly innovative, best in-class products is well regarded by the customer base and the opportunities to develop the business from a strategic standpoint is there. Therefore, you will need to bring a strong commercially mindset, highly enthusiastic & solution focussed approach to the role.

As it's a key territory, the ideal candidate will be an experienced medical device/clinical professional and be able to demonstrate clear success. You will ideally be an experienced Tissue Viability Nurse, Theatre Nurse or a Nurse with Negative Pressure experience or exposure.

However, applications will also be considered from other RGN/ ODP type background or a Clinical Specialist from different disease areas will also be welcome. Key relationship building skills as well HCP/NMC qualification are also advantageous for this position.
