The Company
Our client, a pioneer in Biotechnology that has an exciting portfolio focused on rare and general diseases within development is seeking an Executive Director to join the offices in the United States.
The Position
As the new Executive Director, you will lead and manager the regulatory Affairs organisation, ensuring corporate objectives are met within the specific timelines. In addition to this, you will assist corporate senior management in understanding Regulatory strategies/ processes while developing corporate objectives and understanding the impact of decisions across various therapeutic areas.
As part of the remit, you will also be:
- Responsible for regulatory strategies for all development programs.
- Responsible for ensuring necessary state of compliance for all regulatory commitments.
- Continually Monitoring newly published FDA requirements.
The Person
The Ideal candidate will be degree qualified in a science related discipline and have a minimum of 12 years pharmaceutical experience with at least 5 of those in regulatory affairs. You should also possess research laboratory, process development or manufacturing experience with biotechnology products.
As well as the above requirements, you should also be:
- Highly motived.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Team leader.
