Employee Relations Principal - Benelux

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this global organisation as the Employee Relations Principal in charge of employee relations across the Benelux region.


Job Title: Employee Relations Principal

Location: Benelux


Benefits: Up to €90,000 (gross annual salary)

Permanent position

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee relations processes and policies for the Benelux
  • Pro-actively identify issues and minimize risk
  • Work cross functionally
  • Work alongside managers across other business units to build and enhance skillsets
  • Assess and resolve complex issues ensuring consistency and a fair approach
  • Single point of contact to ensure clear communication structures and efficient use of time
  • Identifying trends across the business and recommending solutions that address the main problem

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree minimum
  • 7+ years' HR management experience
  • 5+ years' HR experience with a more advanced degree
  • Employee relations experience
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel within the Benelux frequently
  • International matrix knowledge
