Responsibilities:
- Sorting Mails received in the mailbox into Queries and Invoices and process for further action within the teams.
- Responsible for maintaining data privacy of information received as per company policy and industry standards.
- Action any unresolved pending mails and moving them to concerned.
- Perform Quality checks of invoice tracker, update missing data as required.
- Sorting and scanning payment reminders/Invoices/ notices received through post.

 

- Tracking invoices in the department online tracking system within defined timelines and entering data with optimum accuracy and quality.

 

 

  Qualifications   The ideal candidate will need the following experience / skills to be considered:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and voicemail.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Above average attention to detail, and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach.
