Field Technical Manager (Clinical Specialist) - Surgical Robotics - UK National

Our client is a global leader in Medical Devices, supporting healthcare professionals in more than 100 countries to improve the lives of their patients.


They do this by taking a pioneering approach to the design of their advanced medical products and services, enabling better outcomes for patients and healthcare systems.


Their Orthopaedic Reconstruction portfolio is already extremely successful, with good growth plans ahead; they are now looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Field Technical Manager for their Surgical Robotics range to work covering the UK.

The key skills we are looking for are excellent communication skills, evidence of team working and the ability to demonstrate time management.

In this role, you will have regional responsibility for troubleshooting, installations, and project management of their key surgical robotics range and will focus on key NHS clinical & financial stakeholders across the territory. The majority of work will focus on hospital accounts across the territory and the key stakeholders are surgeons, theatre staff and procurement. The role will involve supporting the National BDM for the UK and providing product training and support to the account customers.

As it's a newly created role with National coverage, the ideal candidate will be an experienced medical device sales technical specialist with significant orthopaedic knee experience, as well as an understanding of surgical robotics and capital equipment. You will be able to demonstrate clear success, gained in a similar role and KOL developments skills across the marketplace.
