DESCRIPTION

The area of ​​responsibility of the Project Coordinator in Facility / Building Management includes the entire supervision of ongoing projects in the Faculty, i. Planning, control, coordination of new building, remodeling, maintenance and renovation measures on building services and buildings as well as services in this area in all phases (HOAI).

Main tasks / Essential Functions

  • Autonomous planning, coordination and control of projects in the field of Facility / Building Management
  • Ensuring project success in terms of cost, deadlines, customer and employee satisfaction
  • Project Budgeting and Scheduling
  • Creation of specifications for external planning offices
  • Control and supervision of external architects, engineers, experts and contractors
  • Taking on the role of client representative during the planning and execution phase
  • Obtaining and checking offers
  • Selection of subcontractors and award of services
  • Accompaniment of commissioning, acceptance and handover of the trades
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements
  • Ensuring safety and environmental protection in all projects
  • Communicate project requirements and customer needs with management
  • Regular reporting (project status, costs, deadlines, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed studies or technicians in the field of supply engineering / building equipment, structural engineering, civil engineering or similar training
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in construction and project management
  • Ability to provide technical guidance and leadership of external Planning
  • Safe and efficient handling of project partners
  • Analytical and economic thinking skills
  • Structured and independent working methods
  • Safe handling of MS Office applications
