CROMSOURCE, a mid-sized international CRO, currently has an exciting opportunity for a IT Application Developer to join our growing IT team, to support IT across a variety of functions globally.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Responsible of the application development
• Design, code or implement and debug applications
• Act as a Project Manager when required by Managing Director
• Front-end graphical user interface designs
• Perform software and\or installation testing and assure quality
• Ensure performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, and automation.
• Support, maintain and document software and system functionalities
• Integrate software with existing systems
• Maintain standards compliance

Education and Experience

• Diploma (at least)
• 3 years (at least) of experience in IT area
• Good knowledge of English language
• Good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skill
• Good ability to problem solving
• Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
• Ability to work with close attention to details
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize
• Good commitment dedication, cooperation, positive behaviour, adaptability and flexibility
• Ability to proactively anticipate and address critical issues and develop contingency plans
