Medical Science Liaison – North East Germany – Neurology & Rare Disease

I am currently partnering with a niche Biopharmaceutical client who specialise in providing medicines for Rare and Orphan Diseases within the area of Neurology. They are focused on providing patients with life changing therapies in areas where no current treatments are available.

I am engaged in a search for a professional and experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to help provide vital scientific and medical information to Health Care Professionals (HCP’s) at both a regional and national level.

The responsibilities or this exciting and challenging position will include, but will not be limited to:

• Develop the highest level of scientific knowledge within Neurology and Rare Disease and be acknowledged internally and externally as an expert in these areas
• Attend (where appropriate) national and international meetings and congresses to further develop expertise and scientific understanding of therapy areas
• Deliver Medical education presentations to both internal and external stakeholders
• Act as the point of contact for external customers in relation to Scientific and Medical information
• Support the development of important Medical Affairs strategies at a regional and national level

To be consider for this exciting opportunity, professionals must have the following criteria:

• 3 years minimum experience within the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry
• Prior experience as an MSL or similar field based Medical position
• Prior experience working within Neurology or Rare Disease
• Relevant scientific degree
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
