Multichannel Communications Manager

Hobson Prior is seeking a Multichannel Communications Manager for an exciting position based in Marlow.  This role is based within the International Marketing Team, working for a growing Specialty Pharmaceutical company.  This opportunity includes developing new teams, new departments and moving into exciting new areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of digital marketing strategy and projects, ensure all works are delivered to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and uphold contact with other key stakeholders, with specific focus on developing relationships with International Public Affairs and Patient Advocacy team members.

• Proactive press and media relations to support launch of a new product across the region.
• Establish media opportunities to increase awareness of new treatments within both medical and lay media.
• Coordinate congress/ & event communications with relevant departments; ensure all educational assets are delivered to the highest standard.
• Accountability and ownership of technologies, ensuring clients are equipped with the best potential
• Abide by the relevant codes of practice, internal SOPs and compliance guidance.

Key Skills:

• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate and work effectively with diverse, cross-functional, global terms and with multiple levels
• Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization
• Commanding knowledge of integrated communications strategies (digital, PR, print, events)
• Campaign and project management experience

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level in life sciences
• Experience managing agency relationships
• Experience within speciality care or rare diseases would be advantageous
• Extensive experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, or in an organisation providing consultancy services in the healthcare sector, with significant experience in marketing, marketing communications, PR, digital marketing or a related field
