QA Assistant - Niche Pharma

INTRODUCTION

i-Pharm Consulting are partnered with a fast-growing Pharmaceutical company who are looking to strengthen their QA Division with the acquisition of a driven QA Assistant. This is an outstanding opportunity for a GMP orientated professional from a regulated sector to take the next step in their Life Sciences career!

LOCATION

- Bristol, UK

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensuring the QMS is maintained in line with business manufacturing requirements for related regulatory standards

- Coordinate document control procedures to ensure continuity throughout the process

- Supporting the development of SOPs and ensuring the clear documentation of all QMS content (e.g. CAPAs, audit plans, change controls, non-conformance reports

- Handling and correctly filing Product Complaints through regular contact with various Contract Manufacturing Organisations

- Ensuring all documentation is robust ahead of regulatory audits and inspections to support readiness exercises

- Active collaboration with management for continual quality performance improvement for the overall function

REQUIREMENTS

- Active interest in pursuing a career in Biopharmaceutical Quality Assurance

- Ideally experienced within a highly regulated environment

- QMS management experience (knowledge of CAPAs, SOPs, Deviations) is highly desirable but not essential

- Good communication, Interpersonal and organisational skills

- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
