Job Details

Hobson Prior is currently seeking a QA Compliance Officer for a leading global biopharmaceutical company that has been inventing for life for more than a century. This QA role will be based in Prague on a contract basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up of changes and issues related to suppliers. Requesting and coordinating the flow of information within the site. Maintaining data in company databases. Carry out evaluations regarding supplier management in the context of changes or projects.
  • Drafting and managing technical / quality agreements with external suppliers and internal company sites. Coordinate review and approval with these suppliers and with internal stakeholders.
  • Follow-up of corporate Quality Alerts, Bulletins and QMS Directives (Quality management system)
  • Receiving these documents, coordinating the actions mentioned in the documents (indicating a person responsible for the action), following up the timely completion of the actions and reporting.
  • Support for external audits
  • Support the Site Lead Auditor during external audits. Searching for documents / requesting them from the responsible staff, coordination with the various departments to provide additional explanation for certain findings etc.
  • Performing Walk-Through Audits
  • Shortened internal audits in the production and quality departments, including evaluation and discussion of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with the department managers as well as further follow-up of good implementation. Provide support to a Lead Auditor when implementing an internal audit of a quality system.
  • Supporting projects with regard to quality issues by looking up GMP information and participating in project teams.
  • Working hours: no shift work - some activities require flexibility (eg external audit)

Requirements:

  • Scientific background
  • Interest in quality
  • Experience with GMP
  • The candidate has preferably worked +/- 3 years of work experience and in a similar role
  • Being able to work independently
  • Ownership
  • Daring to dare knots and / or daring to take decisions
  • Flexible (eg External audit does have a starting time but no exact end-time - the team is expected to continue until the audit is completed)
  • Language skills: Dutch & English
  • Shiftwork: No
