Business Development Director - Belgium/Netherlands

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this global organisation working as the business development director across the region within the technological/IT resolutions.

Job Title: Business Development Director

Location: Belgium and The Netherlands

Benefits: Up to €150K + bonus and fantastic benefits package

Permanent position

Job Responsibilities:

Define and progress business development activities across the given region
Remain involved throughout the entire process, end to end
Develop sales strategies and lead teams to design and pitching to potential clients
Propose solutions and become a trusted advisor to clients both existing and new
Conduct in-depth market analysis and develop engagement plans
Produce and maintain financial forecasts both annually and quarterly
Ensure team compliance across the assigned region(s)

Qualifications:

Eligible to work within the EU without sponsorship
Local language levels, Dutch and/or French at a fluent level as well as, English
10+ years in previous technology/IT sales focused on a healthcare/life science environment
6+ years in leading consultative engagements across the life science industry
Excellent communication and client skills
Proven abilities to develop senior relationships across the industry
