Key Accountabilities:
  • Facilitates the project management of business-critical projects as necessary.
    • Working with the Senior Project Manager to define project roles and responsibilities, including:
    • Providing administrative support for projects
    • Maintenance of information databases
    • Assist with the production of metrics and reports
    • Facilitating the organization and follow up of meeting minutes and action points
    • Portfolio ManagemenT
  • Deputizes for the Senior Project Manager, Portfolio and Project Management
    • Liaises between Portfolio and Project Management group and other departments
    • May act as a secondary client contact for defined activities as requireD
  • Operational Readiness
    • Assist with the operational readiness and roll out plans and implementation of critical projects
  • Emerging Services
    • Support new and emerging products coming out of the business to ensure they are delivered to a high standard. Support the expansion of these into the wider group.
  • Change Management
    • Maintain a positive, results-orientated work environment, building partnerships and teamwork, communicating to teams in an open, balanced and objective manner
  • Communication
    • Provide regular reports to Senior Project Manager and Portfolio and Project Management group as requested.
    • Will maintain strong communication skills to ensure effective interaction with internal teams


Qualifications

Skills:
  • Proficient in desktop applications such as Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Accurate and detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to be self-sufficient whilst managing multiple tasks
  • Ability to be flexible and assist others when requested
  • Fluent in verbal and written English

Knowledge and Experience:
  • Administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience of working in a matrix management structure.

Education:
  • Degree level preferred or relevant work experience.
