Our client has a great training and development program, which is tailored to your needs and ensures your development. They are currently seeking a Junior Lab Project Manager  and a Lab Project Manager with experience leading projects. 

Job Summary  

You will be involved in setting up and executing projects within the laboratories in order to meet clinical development needs as well as expectations. You will in delivering communication about the progress of projects and will also be involved in line management tasks.  

Role/ Description

• Be able to set up and manage projects in accordance with ICH and GxP.
• Be able to discuss the progress of projects to clients and stakeholders as well as sub-contractors.
• Be able to effectively communicate and works cross functionally with other departments to ensure the appropriate allocation of time and resources to ensure projects are delivered within a timely manner and remain within budget
• Be able to effectively line manage the Assistant Project Manager and also train and mentor junior staff members.
• Contribute to Commercial Development activities such as proposal developments and review of budgets.  
• Be able to represent my client in all external and internal meetings.  

Requirements

• Experience in Project Management; managing projects within a laboratory or clinical research setting.
• Experience with mentoring or coaching junior staff is preferred
• Be able to respond to a fast paced environment environment.
• Ability to effectively lead a project team.
