Marketing Director - Aesthetics - Hertfordshire Office Based

Our client is a highly regarded healthcare company that have exciting growth plans for the next few years.
As the company move into the next phase of their growth strategy, the company are looking to appoint a highly motivated and talented Marketing Director to contribute to growth across the UK and Ireland.

This position is responsible for leading the strategic and operational marketing for their Aesthetics Business Unit

The role encompasses the following key areas:

1. Injectables brand marketing
2. Capital Equipment brand marketing
3. KOL development
4. Meetings and Congresses
5. Online HCP training
6. Training Schools management & partnership

Your suitability for the role will be defined by your extensive commercial pharmaceutical / healthcare experience, (the majority of which should be in the UK market). This should have included working within sales and/or marketing including enough staff management to prove a demonstrable ability to lead.

Familiarity with the UK aesthetics market would be advantageous but is not a pre-requisite.

Experience in Rx medicines, devices and consumer brands would be highly advantageous.

The ability to provide direction to a sales team through building trust & respect is paramount. ABPI qualification is required as well as a sound knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice. An understanding of marketing strategy development and an advanced ability to make informed investment decisions is desired.
