Job Details

After successfully partnering with a global Medical Device group in Compliance, I am now supporting the group again with further expansion of the EMEA Ethical Compliance department based out of Switzerland. At present, we are now searching for a talented and driven administrative support professional who has ideally worked within an Ethical Compliance department within the Life-Sciences industry. 

Responsibilities

  • Handle and prioritise various needs linked to the Compliance policies and procedures
  • Thoroughly conduct reference and background checks on Business partners and any other affiliated organisations
  • Verify and evaluate requests submitted to the Compliance group linked to HCP interactions and meetings
  • Support the training aspects developed within Compliance which includes supporting and conducting training courses for internal stakeholders 
  • Support new policy initiatives and support the on-going evaluation of these enhancements
  • Keep track of all Compliance reports and ensure they are readily available when needed
  • Support the escalation process for Compliance disciplinary meetings
  • Ensure the effective management of all Compliance related documentation
  • Preparation and drafting training materials and presentations for the EMEA group and global when required
  • Support the Compliance Manager/Senior management team with any other tasks when required

Skills required

  • At least 5 years exposure within a Legal or Compliance function ideally within a Life-Sciences organisation
  • Ideally educated to a BSc level within Business, Law or a related discipline
  • Exposure to previous tasks in Compliance would be preferred or a demonstrated background working as an Internal Auditor could also be possible
  • Excellent organisations skills and proficient in several Microsoft applications
  • Can work independently and can manage your own personal work load
  • Fluency in English and ideally French or Spanish
