This role is to be based at our UK Head Office situated in Uxbridge, this is a close distance to Uxbridge train station as well as the town centre and the building has plenty of free onsite parking.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity.

As the IT Operations Analyst / Administrator you will provide business administrative support to IT Senior Management who facilitate the integration and delivery of IT solutions that meet specific business requirements. You will assist in the coordination, testing, and implementation of new processes, reports and business systems. You will manage the analysis and development of IT service pricing methodologies to assure an efficient distribution of IT operating and capital costs. You will implement and monitor tracking systems for IT contractual agreements as well as provide documentation and analysis of reports for these. You will record relevant meeting minutes and summarize appropriately as well as archive, file and extract information from multiple Office tools and databases. You will assist Users via the Service Desk ticketing process for mobile phones and provide regular status reports of all activities, plans and problems.

Key Accountabilities
- Design and maintain accurate and timely IT operational performance reports using financial, utilization and contract data.
- Provide financial analysis of IT projects and other specific updates as required.
- Generate and deliver relevant monthly reports to Senior IT Staff and the Information Technology Steering Committee .
- Manage the consolidation and coordination of company-wide IT vendor agreements.
- Coordinate and prepare agenda, materials, meeting minutes for ITSC meetings.
- Collect, monitor and communicate metrics regarding worldwide IT performance - related to mobile telephones / IT equipment.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, as appropriate.
- Provide analysis of operational documents and procedures, assisting to refine methodologies and management materials.
- Support senior management to maximize workflow efficiency by collecting, organizing incoming correspondence, producing and finalizing outgoing correspondence, organizing and filing documentation, scheduling meetings and events, arranging travel and other administrative tasks as necessary.
- Assist in project managing quality and operations initiatives, and providing follow-up and feedback to cross-functional departments.
- Interact with Company and IT Staff, Clients, Board of Directors, ITSC, Vendors and International Office Personnel.
- Provide technical set up and support to users - only mobile phones.
- Record and maintain accurate records of all calls and update them as problems are resolved and users notified.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining IT user training materials
Qualifications Education :
- BSc / BA degree - desirable but not essential or appropriate equivalent work experience
- GCSE / A Level - qualifications are essential preferably in English, Math's

Language Skills
- Fluent English communication skills in both written and verbal format as appropriate for the job level.

Minimum Work Experience
- Previous advanced level administrative or senior administrative experience is essential - ideally providing administrative support tasks within a busy IT support, service desk or operations team would be desirable.
- Strong PC skills, comprehensive knowledge of relevant technologies and software including MS Office products - ideally MS Excel, Word & Internet tools.
- Strong data entry, analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and adapt to priority changes.
- Ability to adhere to confidentiality requirements and work closely with Senior Management.
- Ability to understand system/ business risks.
- Must have strong work ethic and must take ownership of assigned duties.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to commit to a 12 month contract
