Director Life-Sciences Compliance

We are currently partnering with global market leader within the Consultancy world who one of the most comprehensive services possible in relation to Life-Science Compliance. Now with the need to identify a talented and experienced Compliance professional, we are now looking to identify a ‘Director Compliance – Life-Sciences’ to be based out of a key office for the group in Zurich.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business by growing existing accounts and identifying opportunities with new clients 
• Collaborate on internal multi-disciplinary engagements and client service teams to broaden and enhance the customer experience 
• Direct multiple client engagements providing ethics and compliance advisory services in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device sectors 
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams in delivering consulting services to global clients 
• Coach and grow this diverse team and participate therefore in recruitment activities 
• Develop marketing strategies based on changes in the regulatory and enforcement environment 
• Oversee project administration including contracting, budget management, staffing and resource allocation 
• Promote knowledge sharing and develop staff 
• Actively develop your personal network as well as the international network

Skills required

• Must have at least 7-10 years’ experience in Compliance either based within a Life-Sciences group or ideally a Consultancy who provide Life-Science services
• Project Management experience is a must
• Team leadership exposure is needed
• Demonstrated experience in Consulting is a must
• Commercial skills which includes client relationship and business development activities are also needed
• Skilled at building key Stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
• Fluent in English
• Can work office based in Zurich and travel when needed
