Senior Global Project Lead - Home-Based UK

This role will see you in a client facing position dealing with large scale projects within the Study Design and Initiation space. You will need to have previous project management experience from within a Commercial Clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

Solution Development

• In conjunction with the wider leadership team, develop and propose improvements to service options for end clients
• Develop solutions to new business cases utilising supporting analysis and drive through to successful delivery

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work in a matrix fashion to ensure successful delivery for end clients
• Utilise in-house capabilities efficiently and successfully to ensure a first-rate product delivery

Client Relationships

• This is a client facing role and will require international travel for roughly 15-20% of the time

Requirements:

• Minimum of a BSc within a Life Science subject
• 5+ years of project management experience within a commercial pharma setting
• Strong leadership skills and credentials
• Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
• Very ambitious
