This role as a Marketing Manager will be hands-on, working with their successful Advanced surgical portfolio and have responsibility for the UK & Nordics marketplace. This role will have a high level of autonomy to deliver commercial success for the business and to shape and grow the market and portfolio in the coming years.

You will have responsibility for some of their key brands in this segment across the UK/Nordics; so, it's imperative that you can also be hands on, when required, from a marketing perspective.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

* Strategic marketing experience - including the development of strategic marketing plans
* Healthcare, medical device, pharmaceuticals marketing experience is essential
* Budget management experience
* Sales experience preferred - medical device / surgical
