Description:
For our client-facing positions, you must be confident and be able to drive the role and yourself and to work autonomously. You will have a close relationship with our Line Managers, who will provide you with mentoring and guidance. Most of our roles are permanent positions with CROMSOURCE and you will be working on studies for just one client. TalentSource Life Sciences, the division of CROMSOURCE dedicated to flexible staffing solutions, is currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Senior Associate at one of our clients, a leading pharmaceutical company in the South of the Netherlands.

Objectives
  • Support of supply management processes and system improvements
  • Ensures that internal customers and affiliate related items are dealt with appropriately
  • Manage quotas centrally
  • Be intermediary between customer service and affiliates where it relates to quota and supply management


Position Specific Tasks
  • Manage quotas centrally
  • Facilitate manual order checks
  • Monthly/weekly quota creation
  • Daily/weekly quota adjustments
  • Validate order blocks
  • Order modification where needed
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with internal customers
  • Act as intermediary between customer service and affiliates where it relates to quota management
  • Elevate and discuss country issues
  • Facilitates the implementation of new processes or process changes
  • Signal trends and/or recurring issues with external customers
  • Help improve information systems for quota management
  • Identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions. Escalate to Manager when (potential) issue cannot be solved independently
  • Initiate and execute improvements in order to increase effectiveness and efficiency of department
  • Understanding of core processes and impact on department
  • Ensure job related training is up to date

Qualifications
The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge or the equivalent.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics and economics
  • Typically 3 or more years of related professional experience
  • Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication Excellence in working with MS Office and experience with ERP system
