For our client-facing positions, you must be confident and be able to drive the role and yourself and to work autonomously. You will have a close relationship with our Line Managers, who will provide you with mentoring and guidance. Most of our roles are permanent positions with CROMSOURCE and you will be working on studies for just one client. We are open, friendly and approachable and aim to support you through the recruitment process every step of the way.

TalentSource Life Sciences, the division of CROMSOURCE dedicated to flexible staffing solutions, is currently recruiting for two CLINICAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATE's at one of our clients, a leading pharmaceutical company in the Netherlands.

Our client is well known by one of the best pipelines with new products and studies. Therapeutic areas are rheumatology, dermatology, respiratory, immunology, neuroscience, ophthalmology and cardiology. The CRA's work flexible at home, the office or on site.

The ideal candidate has ownership for his/her activities, is outgoing and looks for collaboration. He/she is able to see multiple perspectives, acknowledges the business and the courage to stand out and initiate changes.

Preferably the candidate is able to work both independently as well as in a team, is able to prioritize and to communicate easily though diplomatic with the sites/site staff and colleagues.
He/she must have an open mind set for feedback and development. The CRA needs to guarantee quality and perform in accordance with GCP, is accurate, safe on procedures and is able to form good relationships with the physicians and the team.

We are looking for candidates with:
  • Paramedical scientific education or relevant medical background and experience;
  • As of 1 to 7 years of experience, preferably as a CRA with monitoring experience;
  • Fluent in Dutch and good knowledge of English.
