Job Position: Marketing and Patient Access Assistant

Location: United States

TalentSource Life Sciences is currently searching for an experienced Marketing and Patient Access Assistant to join one of our biotechnology partner companies in the United States. This is a permanent, office based position in Atlanta, GA.

The successful candidate will be working on studies dedicated to one client .

TalentSource is the division of CROMSOURCE dedicated to flexible staffing solutions. Through us, you will have the opportunity to be integrated into a sponsor-led team, whilst having the continuous support from your TalentSource Line Manager who will work closely with you to support your professional development and growth.

The Marketing and Patient Access Assistant will support Marketing Pricing and Access Practice and their respective team members

Job specific tasks and responsibilities:
  • Calendar management, meeting scheduling across global time zones, coordination of mission meetings and materials
  • Organize meetings and workshops, both internal and external
  • Convene meetings (internal/off-site), ensure logistics (meeting rooms, catering, technical support, tele/video conferences)
  • Prepare agendas, required information and documents
  • Prepare all materials needed for uploading of purchase orders and ANF process
  • Prepare meeting documents, provide administrative support during the meetings
  • Arrange transport, travel itinerary, enrolment and travel schedules
  • Track the US spend for travel
  • Expense reports
  • Provide support for team communications, including on SharePoint
  • Regular contact with Management globally and their respective Assistants - both internally wand with business partner(s)
  • On boarding support
  • Ad-hoc support for Consultants and visitors
  • Maintenance of Contracts database


Education, Qualifications & Experience:
  • Strong proven experience in a similar Administrative/Assistant role
  • Experience working with a pharmaceutical company, CRO or similar


Skills & Knowledge:
  • Quality-focused, with strong attention to detail and task completion
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills to ensure effective and timely output in an independent way
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to building effective working relationships with Senior Management and Assistants
  • Adaptable approach according to the target audience, able to be tactful when needed
  • Ability to deal appropriately with confidential and sensitive matters
  • Ability to handle a number of diverse projects and people at any one time
  • Motivated and reliable, with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn
  • Open to feedback and proactively seek it
  • Proactivity to recognize potential issues and resolve them before they transform into problems
  • Motivated to be a part of and contribute to a team
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Advanced MS Office and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with SAP would be beneficial (especially PO creation)
  • Experience with SharePoint

  • Languages: English (business fluency written and spoken)
