ProClinical is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator for a leading clinical trial supply company to be based in East Midlands on a permanent basis.

As Logistics Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of international shipping and logistics of medicinal products.

Specifically, you will ensure that products are properly transported to a vast array of global locations following the client’s requirements and SOPs.

Job Responsibilties:

* Setting-up and executing inward and outward deliveries and collections
* Working directly with suppliers, internal colleagues, external service providers and clients
* Obtaining accurate times for dispatch and delivery of consignments
* Liaising with clients to ensure their orders arrive successfully
* Maintaining records and supporting internal departments regarding their order processing
* Ensuring that all logistics administration is kept up to date and accurate at all times
* Ensuring information regarding temperature control is passed to relevant parties

Skills and Requirements:

* Have previous experience gained in a Logistics Coordinator or Logistics Administrator role
* Have experience of working within the pharmaceutical industry or in transporting restricted/dangerous goods
* Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
* Have sound MS office and general administration skills
* Be a team player
