Customer Supply Coordinator

Location: Slough

Salary: 26,000 31,000, + Bonus

An outstanding opportunity at a global, dynamic and highly respected FTSE 100 Global organisation.

Youll be responsible for overseeing the life-cycle of customers orders, from their receipt all the way through to delivery, ensuring a smooth flow of order information from the customer to client. You will also be the main point of contact between company and its customers for any queries regarding orders.

Role Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth flow of order information into the JDE business system when orders are captured through EDI and Omprompt
Be the main point of contact between customers and the client for any queries regarding orders and order amendments
Proactively notify customers of any shorted shipments with a view to build strong working relationships with the customers as part of our commitment to excellent customer service
Regularly liaise with the Distribution Centre to resolve customer queries regarding failed deliveries, time changes and rebooking of deliveries.
Process and analyse credit claims relating to delivery discrepancies in a timely manner
Maintain Customer Restricted/Inclusive Product lists in liaison with Demand Planning team

Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer facing, product driven role (supply chain, sales support, order processing)
Due to the customer facing nature of this role, you will have great communication skills and enjoy liaising with a multitude of internal and external colleagues
