Brandon Whates at CK Clinical is recruiting for a Discover Research Study Manager to join an academic organisation at their site based in North West London on a permanent basis.

The Role:
- As a Discover Research Study Manager, you will be proactively engaging industry and local academia to raise the profile of Discover and to secure research studies to add to their pipeline.
- You will be responsible for working closely with researchers to develop their studies which may have a data or recruitment focus.
- Working with the Business Development Manager to develop client proposals.

What is Discover?
Discover is a patient database system used to bridge the gap between healthcare professionals and patients who want to participate in health research. It is a register of any adults (18 and over) living in North West London who are interested in health research and want to find out more about health research opportunities. The register is for both healthy people and those with a medical condition living in the boroughs of Kensington and Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham, Westminster, Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow and Ealing.

Your Background:
- Comprehensive understanding of different study types, including interventional clinical studies and epidemiology or real world evidence based studies.
- Good understanding of the different data sets available to researchers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to harbour strong working relationships with clinicians and researchers.
 - Good understanding and ability to deal with NHS structures.

The Benefits:
Basic salary of circa £61,000, good pension contribution and flexibility to work across partner organisations in North West London.
