I am currently recruiting for a large Pharmaceutical client is looking to hire a Procurement Service Delivery Lead. 


Role: Procurement Service Delivery Lead

Location: London

Role/ Description

Oversee and manage the company's Procurement Business Process Outsourcing (‘BPO’) provider and drive effective integration between the Category Management team, Business Services and the BPO.

The successful candidate will assess and provide oversight in the execution of a procurement framework of policy and procedures. Working cross functionally with Business Services colleagues to ensure interdependent tasks are achieved across both areas, culmintating in increasing procurement maturity and business value.

This position holds accountantability for driving the BPO to meet its contractual commitments and achieve the business expectations and benefits of the services.


Strong knowledge of finance/business processes and systems is a must, SAP is preferable

A record of extensive service management or support experience 

Significant experience in managing third party service providers and services provided by third parties

Cross functional stakeholder communication and managment experience 

Change management experience

Knowledge and clear understanding of process improvement methodology

Experience of working in a large multi-national company and across EMEA

Shared services experience

Highly profficient in Excel
