Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the project timelines, focusing on effective planning, coordination of activities and communication
  • Manage external CMO/CROs
  • Monitor the cost of all CMC related activities
  • Regulate the resources for internal activities
  • Facilitate operational meetings, publish the meeting agendas, minutes and action items
  • Drive the decision making process

Key Skills

  • Effect project management skills
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Able to apply extensive knowledge of CMC development activities for biologics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer use and business software applications


  • Master in biotechnology or equivalent is required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management
  • Applicable experience in people management
  • Thorough knowledge of regulatory guidance pertaining to the Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) of the manufacturing of biologics
