Senior Manager, PRD
Your responsibilities will be to contribute to the overall group objectives in line with company objectives; Support the development of a portfolio of gene-based therapies from early to late stage by providing expert input into project teams, directing development work, reviewing data, supporting regulatory, clinical and business development activities; Identify and engage with external experts/academic groups in collaborative projects that will advance product development goals.
To be successful, you will hold a Postgraduate degree (or equivalent level qualification) in a relevant science, with a strong track record in the research development/gene therapy/cell engineering/analytics/scale-up of biopharmaceuticals (Industrial experience and/or good publication record). You will also have good experience of the requirements for GxP compliance, with a good track record of leading multiple groups. Your attributes will include extensive industry experience in directing cell culture/upstream/downstream projects/activities with a detailed knowledge and experience of developing viral vector based technologies. You will also have proven leadership and project management experience.
