Accountable for:

• Responsible for all aspects of Clinical Data Management in projects
• Coordination and supervision of all CDM activities, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Management of internal teams including timelines and resource budgeting.
• Employee development
• Responsible and active participation in the further development of CDM services, internal standards, SOPs and cross-departmental processes
• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the CDM;

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Studies in life science or natural sciences with a diploma, bachelor or master's degree.
• At least 6 years professional experience in Clinical Data Management in the pharmaceutical industry or a CRO.
• Previous lead experience of managing people and projects.
• Extensive EDC experience and good CDISC SDTM and CDASH.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory guidelines and CDM industry standards
• Very good communication skills and high social skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English in spoken and written.
