LATITUDE Customer Support Specialist
Position: Customer Service Representative (Medical Devices Industry).
Location: Belgium, Brussels region.
Salary: Very competitive.
Our client is a global Medical Devices company that are based in the Flemish part of Brussels. They are seeking an individual who is fluent in Flemish, French and English to join their office and become part of their Customer Service Representative team. The role will involve providing industry leading technical support to field personnel, physicians and patients. Your main responsibility will be to help their customers with any immediate queries or trouble shooting.
Key Duties (included but not defined to):
Provide immediate product support via a range of different platforms to customers and field personnel.
Organise your time efficiently in line with managerial expectations.
Support, educate and train customers via the telephone, email, etc.
Proficiently document all customer inquiries.
Tri-Lingual You must be fluent in spoken Flemish (Dutch), French and English. If you can also speak Italian and or Spanish this would be extremely advantageous.
Some previous experience in a customer facing role this does not have to be commercial; candidates with a University Degree will be considered from backgrounds such as Retail and Hospitality.
Ideally you will be educated to University degree level having an Engineering or Scientific degree would be advantageous however it could be in any subject.
Be an effective communicator and able to give examples of times when you have excelled and succeeded using your communication skills.
This role would be ideal for a Multi-Lingual Engineering/Scientific graduate who is seeking a way to break into the medical devices industry or someone who has been working within customer service already but is seeking a change.
