leading and engaging CRM strategies and programs for consumers.
Management of digital assets & Co-ordinate development (social media, Websites)
Continuously improve programs in CRM activities in terms of targeting content optimisation via KPIs
Concrete A/B testing analytics and action programs
Fundamentals required for the role:
Consumer CRM experience (5-7 experience)
Extensive experience in project management
Experience in CRM (Salesforce.com)
Use of: google analytics, social media, adwords, hubspot CRM & sales force
Travel up to 25%
BS/BA Degree in Marketing
OTC or consumer package packaged goods
Experience working in a start-up
