CRA Training & Development Manager - London

Are you a passionate about high-quality clinical site monitoring? 

Do you have the ability to build excellent relationships at clinical trial sites?

If this sounds like you and you're interested in a position where you can provide training support and skills development to other CRAs, then this could be an excellent opportunity.

This is an office based position (based in central London) with one of our established, global CRO partners.

They run clinical research activities from Phase I through to global Phase III studies and post marketing research many of which in oncology and other complex indications.

This is a great position for an experienced  SCRA / Lead CRA  or clinical team manager that is able to provide training, development and coaching to a team of Clinical Research Associates.

There will be occasional travel when making accompanying monitoring / oversight visits when required.

This is a great opportunity with a CRO that is expected to grow over the next few years.

You will be working within a dedicated team with and will have good support from the clinical operations director.
